Lindenhouse has developed utilities to automate the storage of documents and reduce the need for manual indexing of documents which can be time consuming.

All the Lindenhouse utilities are available for INVU users and Virtual Cabinet users.

CcPrint

CcPrint is a print capture product which intercepts printed output on the way to a printer, renders it to an image and automatically stores it in the document management system. The product can be configured in numerous ways and is capable to extracting information from the printed material and using that information to index the document. It is also capable of processing forms and extracting information from them.

CcMail for Microsoft Exchange

CcMail for Microsoft Exchange is an email capture product which intercepts emails as they are sent or received and indexes them in to the document management system according to a user-defined set of rules which control the inclusion or exclusion of each email and how it is stored. Requires IMAP4 enabled Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 or later.

Remote Server

The Remote server and Remote Client are products that enable users who are not connected to the network to continue scanning or importing documents and indexing them.

Once reconnected to the document management system the compressed document folders containing the documents and index values are passed from Remote Client to Remote Server and are physically stored in the document management system.

For users who are never connected to the document management system the compressed document folders can be passed to Remote Server via DVD or any other file storage device.

INVU Bond & Virtual Cabinet Bond

Our Bond products could be described as middleware. They are generic utilities that provide a seamless link between bespoke software and INVU or Virtual Cabinet. They have been designed to be very simple to use, the only requirement is the bespoke software being able to generate a simple .txt file.

Many successful integrations with financial packages, CRM systems and various bespoke in-house systems have been created within a few hours using the Bond products.
