Lindenhouse and 1st Software have completely integrated Invu and Adviser Office using the Invu:Bond development from Lindenhouse. This enables users of Adviser Office to seamlessly store and access documents in INVU direct from the Adviser Office interface.

Version 2.1.0 of Invu AO has now been released!

This integrates with version 4.1.5 of Adviser Office or above to provide the following benefits to financial advisers:-

• Exweb integration (5.1.7 Adviser Office or above). Allows ease of creation of activity entries from exweb created quotes.
• Duplicate activity support. Allows filing of key features documents against multiple clients.
• Copy activity button. Users are now able to copy an existing activity along with its associated documents.
• Document description alternation. The description is currently always set as the Adviser Office entry type. This can now be changed to use the comment field in the document filing screen instead.
• Entry type category default. The entry type category can be made to default to a configured value.
• A new entry field has been added. This has now been added to the existing diary selection screen.
• Action by field. This now defaults to the currently logged-on user.
• Interest specific searching within Invu.
• Invu AO Integration Express Edition

Those who do not wish to tie their documents back to a specific activity in Adviser Office can now simply index them against a client and/or plan without the need to fill out Activity fields.
