The CcINVU Server Suite enables automated indexing and storage of your ever increasing volumes of information in to the INVU Information Management System.

Manually indexing and storing information can be a laborious and time-consuming process. Automated indexing with CcINVU Server removes the significant manual overhead and makes your information available to your INVU users immediately.

CcINVU-Print  -  Enables automated storage of any printed document into INVU.  If further index (search retreival) values are required many software packages can be configured to add an additional header or trailer page. CcINVU-Print can strip off the page and use these values to store the document within INVU.

CcINVU-Mail  -  Any E-mail sent or received can now be automatically filed into INVU.  Sophisticated filter rules can be setup to allow E-mails only sent to/from certain addresses or containing certain words in the subject line to be filed into INVU.  The enables separation of personal/private E-mails from business.

CcINVU-Form  -  When a document is printed CcINVU-Form allows CcINVU to 'read' a specified area of a document containing values to be automatically be brought across to INVU.  This vastly improves retrieval especially if one of these values is a unique company internal reference which would enable instant retrieval.
