Lindenhouse are the only INVU Reseller that employs a dedicated team of highly experienced Engineers and Consultants to provide Telephone Support to our End Users. Staff turnover within the team is very low, meaning that you will usually always be speaking to an Engineer with years of technical experience with the products provided by Lindenhouse.
Lindenhouse have a carefully considered strategy when it comes to providing Telephone Support. We want to make sure that our Support Engineers are in a position to be able to answer any question relating to our services and products, no matter what the context. Our Engineers and Consultants time is split between Installations/Solution Provision and Telephone Support, therefore you can be safe in the knowledge that the people you speak to on the telephone are extensively experienced in:
- Recommending the most effective ways of using the software from procedural, practical and technical perspectives.
- Dealing with and understanding the business processes of a large number of different industries.
- Conducting Administrator and User Training.
- Fast and Efficient trouble-shooting and problem diagnosis.
We understand that some people are more IT literate than others, that some people have had experience with PC's and others have not, and that Users calling us for help or advice often need a quick response and resolution. We practice patience, and we never expect a standard user to be able to understand technical lexicon or reel off any important technical information we require, without helping them find it first.
